The lighter autonomous airbag system Alpinestars, Stella Tech-Air® 3, is designed to be worn over or below the motorcycle jacket, being the effective and practical option for motorcyclists, urban travelers and light off-road adventurers. The Stella Tech-Air® 3 is equipped with an ergonomically optimized feminine fit and with a glazed cut for greater comfort. The Clash Detection Algorithm Alpinestars has been developed and refined with millions of kilometres of driving data and thousands of accidents, which allows the system to evaluate precisely when to deploy the airbag before an impact or other dangerous situation, such as a collision by side slide or spin. In case Stella Tech-Air® 3 detects the start of a shock, the system will inflate the protective airbag in 50 milliseconds. In case of a direct impact of the motorcycle with another vehicle or obstacle, the Tech-Air® 3 system is effective for the ''first impact', which means that the system is inflated before hitting the vehicle or obstacle against which the motorcycle will have the direct impact. Protection

• According to European legislation, the CE brand is a requirement of conformity for the marketing of this product. The following rules apply to this product: When inflated, the complete protection of the chest and back of the Stella Tech-Air® 3 with airbag is Category II and is certified CE according to the European Regulation of Personal Protection Equipment (EPP) (UE) 2016/425 EEC, according to the relevant part of the airbag certification standard EN1621-4:2013, which guarantees a performance of protection against impacts of not less than five. The impact attenuation performance is Level 2 for both full chest and full back.
