Tech-Air® Off-Road is an airbag system approved by the FIM specifically designed for
withstand the rigors of the rally and at the same time it offers unmatched protection for the part
upper body. Developed and tested in the toughest conditions like the Dakar, the Tech-Air®
The Off-Road system combines the Bionic jacket Pro Protection de Alpinestars with Tech-Air® technology
and an accident detection algorithm dedicated to the rally to provide proven protection and
specific for all terrain on the back, chest, shoulders, collarbones and neck.
Despite this system has three driving modes, RALLY, ENDURO and STREET, making it
in the perfect choice to face all types of off-road driving, whatever the terrain.

Protection

- It has been shown to offer more than double protection than passive impact protectors.
- Dual inflators offer two deployments for guaranteed protection.
- Average inflation time of only 50 milliseconds (40 ms for smaller sizes and up to a maximum of 60 ms for the larger 2XL).
- Increased back airbag coverage, shoulders, chest and ribs for full protection of the upper body.
- The neck protection is provided by the airbag that inflates around the neck.
- The integrated Nucleon CELL back protector is light, flexible and highly ventilated for improved performance, and features an ergonomic plate construction for greater structural resistance and an adjustment to follow the natural contours of the back.
- The Tech-Air® all-terrain system has category II CE certification according to the
European Directive on EPI 686/89/EEC, using a version of EN1621-
4:2013, which guarantees an impact protection performance from 25 milliseconds to 5 seconds of total pressure inflation.
- Neck protectors are NOT compatible with Tech-Air® Off-Road System.

The Tech-Air® SUV system uses an integrated certified lithium ion battery, with a fully charged battery life of 30 hours and a recharge time of approximately 4 hours.
The integrated LED screen monitors the system status and battery level.
Useability; To turn on the Tech-Air® OFF-ROAD system, close the system zipper and automatically turn on and activate the airbag system. To deactivate the airbag, decompress the system and automatically shut down.
Bluetooth connectivity to a Tech-Air® app means you can access the operating status of the system, the state of the battery and MyRide.
The application can also update the system firmware when improved fault detection algorithms are launched.
The system comes equipped with a USB charger and a C-type USB port that allows quick, easy and comfortable recharge.
