The SCHUBERTH C5 represents the new era of folding helmets and the result of 20,000 hours of engineering, 2,000 helmets tested in the environmental laboratory and the SCHUBERTH wind tunnel and over 400 hours of driving tests on German roads.

EVOLUTION WITHOUT END

The trajectory of SCHUBERTH in the modular helmets segment began more than 20 years ago with CONCEPT, the first modular helmet of SCHUBERTH, and since then SCHUBERTH has been in a process of SCHUBERTH IN FIN EVOLUTION that has led the company to redefine benchmarks on multiple occasions. The C5 is a lighter and safer helmet, with a more modern and aggressive, yet quieter design at the same time.

EXCEPTIONAL AEROACÚSTICO

From the first CONCEPT helmet, the excellent aeroacoustic performance has been one of the distinctive elements of all SCHUBERTH modular helmets. During the development of the C5, our technicians spent more than 200 hours in the SCHUBERTH wind tunnel optimizing the design of the helmet housing.

These studies, together with a new neckroll concept, guarantee a perfect sealing at the bottom of the helmet housing, allowing the C5 to reach the remarkable result of 85 dB(A) at 100 km/h on a naked motorcycle.

NEW BREATH OF FRESH AIR

The SCHUBERTH C5 incorporates an air input into the double chin with a washable and interchangeable filter for proper breathing while driving in extreme conditions. The buttons offer a simple adjustment of the front vent with variable control.

NEW VENTILATION SYSTEM

Ventilation makes C5 an innovative element in the category of folding helmets. An optimal thermoregulation of the head maximizes the performance and comfort of the pilot. For this reason, the C5 is designed to combine final ventilation with double air in the chin with interchangeable filter, combined with a new rear wing with air output and exposed EPS ventilation channels.

INDIVIDUAL PROGRAMME SCHUBERTH

The SCHUBERTH C5 sets a new reference point in terms of comfort. The standard padding for the head has been developed to offer absolute comfort to all our customers, but those with "extreme head shapes" are usually forced to make concessions in terms of adjustment and sizes.

For SCHUBERTH, commitment is not an option, so with the C5, we present the INDIVIDUAL PROGRAMME of SCHUBERTH.

A specific program aimed at ensuring the maximum comfort of the pilot, offering the option to customize the internal padding with more thickness options for the sides, back and cheek pads.
(Personalization of the head for M/L/XL sizes).

SECURITY COUNCIL

In SCHUBERTH security is our top priority. With the C5, SCHUBERTH features its first helmet with P/J and ECE-R 22.06. It includes a new DFP fiberglass housing reinforced with carbon fiber for better impact absorption and lighter weight.

Like the entire SCHUBERTH collection, the C5 benefits from the Anti-Roll-Off system, connected to a chin strap in a new advanced position for better comfort in the area of the throat.

INTERCOMMISSION SYSTEM

The most advanced technology for your SCHUBERTH C5. Extremely easy to install, configure and use, the SC2 sets a new standard for motorcycle communication. The HD speakers and the three FM radio antennas, Bluetooth intercom and Mesh intercom are already preinstalled at the SCHUBERTH C5.

The SC2 is extremely simple to install: connects the HD BOOM microphone, removes the decks from the rear of the helmet, releases the remote control housing on the side, connects both, plugs them and you are ready to travel!

MALLA 2.0

Thanks to the new Mesh 2.0 technology, the SCHUBERTH SC2 offers an unprecedented level of intercommunication, redefining the concept of communication network. Thanks to Mesh 2.0 technology, it is now possible to connect with a virtually unlimited number of participants.

In addition, our new system has the latest HD speakers and microphone Sena, advanced noise control, digital wizard and performance comparable to the best products available on the market.

THE SON OF SILENCE

The SCHUBERTH C5 confirms its leading position in terms of aeroacoustic comfort with just 85 dB(A) at 100 km/h on a naked motorcycle. With our internal wind tunnel, SCHUBERTH has optimized all components in terms of aeroacoustic performance, both inside and outside the helmet. MEMORY OF VISERA

Small details are always the ones that make the difference between a normal helmet and a SCHUBERTH. Introduced for the first time in the E1 visor, the memory function is now also included in the C5 visor. With this function, any exact position selected with the closed chin will be maintained after opening and closing the chin.
